Shift: 3rd Shift+ Every Other Weekend

Rate: $20/hr. (based on experience)

Night Shift Security Guard Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols
• Manage access control to the facility
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
• Collaborate with nursing home staff, emergency services and relevant authorities
• Document and report any security incidents
• Conflict Resolution
• Conduct security orientation for new employees
• Participate in regular security meetings

Night Shift Security Guard Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Weekend availability
• Training in or certification in security management is a plus
• Prior experience
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle challenging situations tactfully
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform foot patrols and respond to emergencies quickly
• Understanding of emergency response protocols and first aid procedures
