Our benefits include company-paid dental insurance for employees and family, health insurance, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid holidays, and personal time off.Responsibilities Conduct research and analysis and produce finished intelligence products and responses to RFIs on foreign intelligence and technology protection-related threats to the U.S. Army and the DoD worldwide.Use intelligence from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.Analyze OSINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT, and GEOINT reporting from Government sources to identify current and emerging threats, assess immediacy, and provide analysis on future threat evolution.Perform database entry of pertinent intelligence reporting; create, connect, and correlate new entities and records; update existing records with fresh or corrected information.Required Qualifications / Skills Education and experience options:High School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion in the last 2 years.Associates Degree: 16 years of relevant experience with at least a portion in the last 2 years.Bachelors Degree: 14 years of relevant experience with at least a portion in the last 2 years.Masters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion in the last 2 years.Education: Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as a civilian or military all-source intelligence analyst, plus foundational intelligence analyst course (e.g., DOD Intelligence Analyst Course, All-Source Intelligence Analyst MOS, DHS Basic Intelligence and Threat Analysis Course, ODNI Analysis 101) or CDASA certification.Experience: Regional experience in China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or functional experience in Threat Finance, Open Source Intelligence, or Cyber Intelligence Analysis.
