We strive to empower our field teams by delivering fast, clear, and accurate communication, proactively optimizing the schedule for maximum efficiency, and acting with urgency and follow-through. We know our specialists' strengths, anticipate needs, and assist Territory Directors in upholding the company values. So, if you are a master in written communication with a keen eye for detail, you're a creative problem solver who also doesn't mind being told to do things a certain way, and you have an extreme ownership mindset when it comes to your job, the dispatch role is for you!
Pay and Perks:
- Hourly (non-exempt): $19.50-$25.00; plus, monthly variable bonus potential.
- Benefits: Full standard benefits for full-time employees.
About the Role:
- Schedule and dispatch repair crews and RHINOs using RED RHINOs field service app to ensure timely, efficient job completion.
- Communicate with RHINOs customers, and partners via phone and email to coordinate repairs and resolve leaks effectively.
- Manage and close repair orders, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
- Optimize schedules based on territory boundaries, traffic, and workload.
- Report field issues or concerns to Territory Directors and maintain best practices for quality and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- HQ required.
- Minimum of 6 months in the company.
- 1–2 years of dispatch or operations experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.
- Sharp problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and documentation habits.
- Adaptable and calm in fast-paced, changing environments.
