Watch Officer
The Watch Officer is expected to be able to accomplish the following:
- Identifies, evaluates, and communicates violations to management.
- Develops tools and procedures to enhance surveillance of company property and materials.
- Monitors and oversees surveillance systems to ensure incidents are detected.
- Researches new methods and technologies to improve surveillance processes.
- Maintains data and monitors access.
- Conducts internal and external audits, and performs risk assessments.
Required qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance
- HS, 8-10 years of relevant experience; BS, 2-4 years; MS, 0-2 years
- CompTIA Security+ CE
Desired qualifications:
- CySA+
- CEH
- GCIH
- CASP+
- CISSP
- CISA
- CRISC
- Security Control Assessor training
- RMF training
- Splunk certifications
- Elastic certifications
- SIEM platform training
- Insider Threat training
Overview
We are seeking a Watch Officer to join our Task Order proposal on the Defense Intelligence Agency's Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III). The Watch Officer oversees and coordinates surveillance audits to maintain security integrity.

Target salary range: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
