Shift: 2nd shift
Schedule: Monday to Thursday / 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Pay Range: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and sort tires based on established quality criteria
- Remove defective or non-compliant tires from inventory
- Ensure all culled tires meet safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of culled products
- Communicate quality or quantity issues with team and supervisors
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience
- 12 months of forklift and buck truck experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in tires
- Physical stamina for fast-paced work
This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 60 lbs. PPE provided.
