The qualified applicant will become part of SAIC's support to the Department of War (DoW), Office of General Counsel (OGC). The Intelligence Analyst will be part of a mobile team which travels to the U.S. Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to support mission critical requirements of the DoW OGC.Duties/ResponsibilitiesPerform various tasks as necessary in furtherance of relevant court orders to support DoD-OGC priorities.While deployed, the individual will coordinate and interact daily with appropriate officials, agencies and personnel as required. With the knowledge and concurrence of the team lead, the individual will assist with effective compliance of relevant court orders and other agreements.The individual will facilitate the secure transmittal of classified and controlled information as necessary, as well as requests for securely processing, transmitting and transporting legal documents while serving as action officers for issues related to relevant court orders.The individual will keep the team lead apprised of all activities and procedural issues associated with job requirements, who in turn will update team practices and procedures as necessary.QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree & 5+ years of experience; A 4-year college degree is preferred for this position but 9 years total relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Minimum of five years military or civilian intelligence/counterintelligence and/or law enforcement or security experience.Experience working with classified materials and sensitive information.A working knowledge of DoD security classification guidelines.The ability to deploy for two-month periods to the U.S. Naval Station, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.Desired SkillsExperience working within the DoW, particularly on security and legal issues.Experience with the Department of Justice, the Federal Court System, the Federal Court of Appeals and Court issued orders.Experience serving in positions requiring understanding of tactical, strategic, signals, and counterintelligence.A graduate degree from an accredited institution.Target salary range $80,001 - $120,000.
