Security Representative

The Security Representative screens people entering the Justice Center Complex and/or Cape Coral Government Complex for weapons, explosives, and other prohibited items to prevent them from being carried into the building. The Security Representative also acts as a Security Guard and performs other duties as assigned. A Security Representative's primary responsibilities include the following: (1) Screen persons entering the Justice Center Complex and the Cape Coral Government Center for restricted items; (2) X-ray purses, briefcases, parcels, and packages etc. which are brought into the building; (3) Perform the duties of security guard; (4) Provide court and other information to the public; (5) Other duties as assigned.
