Work Schedule:
M - W 3pm - Midnight and Sat/Sun 7am - 4pm
As a Support III in Global Security, you serve as a frontline protector of people, property, and brand reputation. You monitor security systems, respond to incidents, and ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors. You play a critical role in executing security protocols, identifying risks, and supporting investigations. Your presence and vigilance help maintain a culture of safety and trust across Gap Inc. facilities.What You'll Do
• Monitor security systems and respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Conduct patrols, access control, and visitor management at assigned locations.
• Document incidents and support investigations with accurate reporting.
• Communicate with internal teams and external responders during emergencies.
• Follow established protocols and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide customer service and support to employees and visitors.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and proactively identify risks.

- NY State Security Guard License Required.
