We are seeking hard working individuals to conduct onsite property and liability loss control inspections.We are a Nationwide Inspection Company seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in the insurance inspection industry (or related field). Candidate must have knowledge in construction classifications (ISO classes 1-6), general liability, property hazards, and square footage calculations.Requirements IncludeA minimum of 3 years of experience working as an independent contractor providing insurance-related loss control or relevant experience in the inspection/insurance fieldA basic knowledge of commercial property and liability insuranceGreat time management skills, ability to create your own scheduleGreat writing skills, ability to summarize inspection into a reportA PC with a high-speed internet connection and PC knowledge, a digital camera, a reliable vehicle, a cell phone and self-motivationResponsibilitiesContact the policyholder and schedule the inspection, drive to inspection siteComplete onsite inspection, providing clear digital photosIdentify property and liability hazardsWrite up report, complete relevant forms, and upload photos through Majestic's online portalFamiliarize yourself with varying client requirementsInspection rates are agreed upon ahead of the inspection.
