Headquartered in Switzerland since late 2018, with sites in Sweden, Taiwan, and the United States.Job OverviewThe security technician performs security monitoring in the facility, ensures a safe environment for SHL staff and visitors, and protects SHL company assets.Main ResponsibilitiesMonitors building activity by performing security rounds.Ability to work on a computer/ basic computer knowledge.Monitors facility video surveillance and pulls footage when assigned by the manager.Creates employee badges and key access request forms.Prepares the facility and other SHL property for inclement weather/potential disasters.locks/unlocks access points per manager approval.Partners with other departments as needed.Completes incident reports and escalates to management.Active member of the Emergency response TeamEscorts visitors & staff within the facilityFollows established protocols and responsibilities in the emergency response plan.Secures warehouse inventory and SHL Company Assets.Other duties as assigned.Skills and QualificationHigh school Diploma or GED equivalent (required)2 years of experience as a security guard.
