Counterintelligence Analysts - Subject Matter Expert

Work Location: Fort Liberty, NCEmployment Type: Full-Time, Expert-LevelDepartment: Administrative and Logistics SupportCGS is seeking a skilled Counterintelligence Analyst – Subject Matter Expert who will strengthen CI posture, ensure intelligence oversight compliance, and deliver timely, decision‑quality CI products. In this role you will lead cross‑community coordination, synthesize large data sets, de‑conflict reporting, and independently produce multimedia and written CI assessments at the operational and strategic levels. You will also manage CI source data, support asset validation, and advise commanders on signature‑reduction standards, risks, and appropriate application.Skills and Attributes for Success Provide timely, cogent, and relevant advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities, ensure intelligence oversight compliance, and accurately document and report CI indicators or concerns.Coordinate and support cross‑community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, de‑conflict information of value between sections, and independently produce reports.Research, create, develop, and deliver professional multi‑media, written reports, and CI products at operational and strategic levels utilizing multiple CI and HUMINT reporting tools; receive Contact, Lead, and Intelligence Information Reports, participate in reviews, and respond with corrective measures as necessary.Manage source data information within the Integrated Defense Source Registration System as well as participate in Asset Validation Panels and provide accurate, in‑depth CI reviews of all active assets.Develop all‑source association matrices on individuals of CI interest. CI Analysts will maintain familiarity with signature reduction training standards and processes, assist the command in determining the appropriate use of signature reduction techniques, and ensure all standards are met before signature reduction techniques are applied.Qualifications A minimum of eight (8) years of experience performing counterintelligence related operations while serving in a Joint Special Operations Task Force, Inter‑agency Task Force, National Intelligence Agency, Law Enforcement Agency, Joint CI Activity, or Combatant Command.No less than eight (8) years of operational analysis experience in their analytical field. Five (5) years of experience in a managerial level position in support of special operations and combat overseas tours with a SMU and or SOF in an operational environment providing a direct analysis support function is highly desired.Understand the F3EAD targeting methodology to include broad knowledge of additional intelligence disciplines and significant demonstrable experience in their field capable of leading analytical efforts culminating in product.Advanced skill sets with the HUMINT Operations Cycle, CI Support to HUMINT Operations, Asset Risk Assessment System (ARMS), Operational Risk Management Process, and Patterns of Life Analysis and one or more of the following areas: Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, SIGINT Targeting, Convergence Analysis, and Intelligence training.Employed their expert knowledge and understanding of CI theory, doctrine, rules, laws, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to full spectrum CI operations.Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.Benefits Health, Dental, and VisionLife Insurance401kFlexible Spending Account (Health, Dependent Care, and Commuter)Paid Time Off and Observance of State/Federal HolidaysContact Government Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
