Job Description
As the Superintendent, you will oversee daytoday field operations and report directly to the Project Leadership team, ensuring the safe, highquality, and onschedule delivery of a largescale federal construction program. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading site coordination, sequencing, and execution of all construction activities
- Managing subcontractors and enforcing contract scope, quality, and safety standards
- Driving daily planning, scheduling, and lookahead meetings
- Overseeing exterior work beginning in the coming months
- Working in tandem with an established Quality Control team already assigned to the project
- Ensuring full compliance with federal requirements, documentation, and reporting
- Collaborating with owners, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues proactively
The Successful Applicant
For the Superintendent role we are seeking:
- Proven experience delivering federal, military, or governmentfunded construction projects
- Strong field leadership and ability to manage large, complex site operations
- Thorough understanding of federal compliance, reporting, and quality standards
- Ability to drive schedule, manage subcontractors, and maintain a safe, organized site
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Willingness to work on a longterm assignment anywhere in the US. First Project in TX
- Base salary: $140,000 - $150,000
- GSAstandard living package:
- $3,346/month housing
- $2,680/month per diem
- Completion bonus
- They are an ESOP! Huge plus!
- Longterm flagship project with major visibility
- Strong pipeline of federal work offering future stability and career progression
