Oxygen Dispatch And Scheduling Assistant

The Oxygen Dispatch and Scheduling Assistant will support the Oxygen Department in the areas of dispatch, scheduling and deliveries. This position will be based in our Norwood office M-F 10:00AM-6:30PM.
Oxygen Dispatch/Scheduling Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating appointments and daily routes for Delivery Driver Technicians and Respiratory Therapists.
- Handle incoming oxygen related communications from customers and referrers in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Take incoming oxygen troubleshooting calls, voicemails, and emails.
- Process recurring orders via, phone, email, or in person in accordance with Reliable Respiratory's processing procedures and guidelines.
- Other tasks and duties as required.
Basic Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require work authorization from us now or in the future
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent
- Have a valid and current driver's license from the state of residence
- Have at least 3 years verifiable driving experience
- Have no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents on the driving record within the past 3 years
- Have no misdemeanor conviction relating in any way to the operation of a motor vehicle where you have been convicted of, or released from incarceration, within the past three years (other than a first conviction for any of the following misdemeanors: drunkenness, simple assault, speeding, minor traffic violations, affray or disturbance of the peace) and no felony convictions

- Ability to work independently to investigate and make decisions
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call outside of normal business hours when required

- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
