Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Joint Exercise Operational Environment Specialist to support our customer in Colorado Springs, CO. What you will be doing:As a Joint Exercise Operational Environment Specialist, you'll bring your strategic and technical subject matter expertise background to collaborate with thought leaders in multi-domain operations and simulation on projects for joint military exercises for a Combatant Command client.You will use your skills as you develop, manage, and assess the operational environment for complex joint training scenarios focused on the Space domain.Collaborating with USSPACECOM J2, other Directorates and Components to develop adversary threat scenarios and intelligence products for input into the design of Tier-1 and Tier-2 exercises. What you will need:7+ years of experience with military exercise planning, space operations or space intelligenceExperience supporting a Combatant Command or joint commandKnowledge of Space domain operations and their integration with other warfighting domainsKnowledge of scenario development and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) management processesAbility to confidently brief and advise senior military leadersTS/SCI clearanceHS diploma or GEDPreferred Skills:Experience with the Maven Smart SystemExperience working as an exercise controller or scenario managerKnowledge of the Joint Training Tool (JTT)Knowledge of other operational domains such as Air, Land, Maritime, or Cyber and their dependencies on the Space domainDelta Solutions & Strategies offers a generous benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, parental, military and jury duty paid leaves.
