The successful candidate will join a team of motivated professionals dedicated to providing exceptional client service.Duties Develop an expert-level understanding of client industries and firm services.Independently manage assignments with minimal supervision.Utilize legal precedents to address client situations and develop solutions.Research complex immigration issues and complete appropriate documentation.Execute case preparation and filing strategies for complex matters.Communicate complex issues to diverse audiences.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Supervise junior associates and staff, providing mentoring and coaching.Ensure compliance with firm protocols and standards.Identify opportunities to improve processes and services.Engage in marketing and business development activities.Requirements U.S. JD or LLM required.Member of a U.S. State bar or Washington DC bar association.3-5 years of experience at Associate level.Exceptional knowledge of immigration law.Prior team management experience preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.Education Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM).Certifications Bar membership in a U.S. State or Washington DC.Skills Attention to detail.Client service dedication.Ability to contribute to a positive work environment.Benefits 27 PTO days plus Federal holidays.Medical, Dental, and Vision plans.FSA & HSA Plans.401K plan with company matching.#J-18808-Ljbffr
