Opportunity The New York office seeks a Business Immigration Associate with five to ten years of experience in immigration law. The associate will handle complex immigration matters for a blue‑chip client list and lead several client teams.Responsibilities Provide legal services for H‑1B, L‑1, O‑1, TN, E‑3, E‑2, I‑140 (EB‑1 and EB‑2/3) and adjustment of status cases.Draft and review PERM applications (preferred).Maintain extensive client contact and manage team resources to serve high‑value clients.Collaborate with senior partners and practice groups to expand immigration practice.Qualifications Successfully admitted to a state bar and admitted to practice before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.5–10 years of immigration practice with substantive experience in the visa types listed above.Strong client‑management skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.Compensation and Working Conditions Salary range: $200,000 – $265,000.
