Job Title: Avionics Project Engineer — Integrated Product Team Lead & Control Account ManagerLocation: Littleton, CO (in‑person, 9x80 schedule)Key Responsibilities Manage Microsoft projects, including stakeholder engagement, resource optimization, communication, and quality control.Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and provide financial KPIs for month‑end activities (SPI, CPI, ETC, EAC, BAC, variance updates).Conduct thorough reviews of contractual documents such as SOW, technical specifications, RFPs, and change orders to ensure scope compliance and adequacy.Deliver weekly verbal and written status reports, highlighting project milestones and progress.Manage cross‑functional discipline through full project lifecycle management, from proposal phase to delivery.Proactively address supply chain challenges by implementing strategic solutions.Coordinate weekly execution meetings with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless multidisciplinary collaboration.Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to promote collaborative partnerships.Required Qualifications Experience in avionics project management.Minimum 3 years of professional experience.Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.U.S. citizenship (required for access to Export Controlled Information).Experience in Control Account Management (CAM) and Integrated Product Team leadership.Desired Skills Highly proficient in managing Microsoft projects, stakeholder engagement, resource optimization, communication, and quality control.Proficient in Earned Value methods; manage project budgets and monitor expenses.Experience with contractual documents (SOW, technical specifications, RFPs, change orders).Clearance Level NoneEmployment Details Experience Level: Experienced ProfessionalBusiness Unit: SPACEShift: FirstType: Full‑TimeBenefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid Time Off & HolidaysEEO Statement Lockheed Martin is an equal‑opportunity employer.
