Overseeing strategic federal engagements, the full-time remote Client Account Lead will manage a portfolio of contracts, ensuring client success, performance delivery, and account growth while building strong relationships with the Special Operations Command (SOCOM) major contractor client.Key responsibilities:Develop and execute account-level strategies aligned with agency missions and growth goalsDrive innovation and client retention across SOCOM federal accounts while identifying new business opportunitiesAct as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust through effective communication and performance transparencyRequired qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with 8-12 years of federal consulting experience, or 18-22 years of relevant experience without a degreeProven success managing portfolios exceeding $25M in annual revenueExperience with SAP ERP implementations or modernization programs within federal agenciesAbility to obtain a Secret level clearanceExceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
