Job Description
Rishi Immigration is a Canadian company with three offices: London, Ontario, Windsor, Ontario, and Jalandhar, Punjab, India. The Canadian Government authorizes us to practice Canadian Immigration Law and help clients worldwide with their immigration needs, such as student visas, work permits, LMIA, PR applications, etc. Responsibilities & duties- Must have a strong understanding of Immigration Legislation of Canada. Must be well versed with VISA documentations for different VISA type under different categories specifically temporary applications such as Study permit extensions, Work permits, Visa stickers etc. Coordinate with Immigration- Canada Department (IRCC) for various client related queries. Prepare the retainer agreement for our clients and get their signature and keep a good record of each client. Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly. Keep oneself updated by new temporary policies updated by IRCC on a regular basis, or when required. Set up an interview or meeting with client when working on their applications. Must oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government. Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents. Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues. Must be able to help the client to obtain Visas and other documentation required. Take full responsibility for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
Requirements Good to have LLB or LLM degree Strong written and oral communication skills in English Basic IT skills with a knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel Benefits Work From Home Internet Reimbursement Phone Reimbursement Paid Vacations
