To support a long-term care facility, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Administrator in Training will assist in analyzing operations, act as a liaison between stakeholders, and monitor compliance with industry regulations under the direct supervision of a licensed Precepting Administrator.Key responsibilitiesAssists in analyzing nursing facility operations and developing budget reportsActs as a liaison between residents, families, and the community while ensuring compliance with regulationsParticipates in HR and risk management issues, and aids in contract negotiations and safety programsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business is required; Master's degree or MBA is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Suite productsAbility to read and interpret business documents and governmental regulationsStrong analytical skills to apply mathematical concepts to practical situationsEffective presentation skills to communicate with management and staff
