As the primary technical point of contact for customers on the Game Warden platform, the full-time Enterprise Customer Operations Engineer will resolve incidents, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure the health and performance of customer environments in a remote setting.Key responsibilitiesManage support requests and troubleshoot incidents across complex cloud-native environmentsInvestigate technical issues related to Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and application deploymentsMonitor customer environments to proactively identify and mitigate operational risksRequired qualifications3-5+ years of experience in technical support engineering or related fieldsSolid experience with cloud-native applications on Kubernetes and major cloud providersHands-on troubleshooting experience in customer-facing environmentsFamiliarity with secure software delivery practices and compliance-driven environmentsAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance
