To support a federal client, the full-time ServiceNow Developer with Secret Clearance will design, configure, develop, and implement applications and enhancements in ServiceNow while collaborating with various teams to ensure best practices are followed.Key responsibilitiesDesign and develop custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNowCollaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and advise on best practicesUtilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage development work and ensure system stabilityRequired qualificationsActive Secret Clearance (Top Secret eligible)Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow Suite of toolsExperience with IT Service Management and ITIL/ITSM practicesProven ability to work independently and as part of a technical teamExperience with Agile/Scrum project methodologies
