Serving as the subject matter expert for advanced functional issues, the full-time remote Tier 2 Functional Lead will manage complex workflow, reporting, reimbursement, and compliance-related escalations while supporting the Pacific time zone from 8 am to 6 pm PST.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced functional troubleshooting and issue resolutionSupport reimbursement workflows and financial tracking processesAssist with audit logs, compliance reporting, and HUD requirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Finance, or related field5+ years of experience in grants management or public sector systemsStrong knowledge of grant lifecycle processesExperience with SaaS configuration and workflow managementExperience with HUD-funded programs (CDBG, ESG, HOME)
