To support a growing Advanced Technology Group, the contracted Physical Security Technical Operations Lead will provide technical leadership on physical security projects, ensuring quality execution from site survey through implementation and remediation while working remotely during standard business hours with on-call support as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary technical authority on physical security projects, overseeing design, implementation, and post-implementation activitiesProvide real-time technical guidance to engineers and field technicians during system installations and integrations, ensuring adherence to design specificationsCollaborate with the Project Management Office to manage project scheduling, equipment logistics, and technical dependencies across multiple sitesRequired Qualifications10+ years of hands-on experience in project-based physical security work, including design and implementation of enterprise security systemsRequired certifications such as PSP, CPP, or NICET in Physical Security or equivalentDeep knowledge of physical security technologies including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systemsExperience leading site surveys and producing design documentation for physical security deploymentsProficiency in managing technical oversight and providing guidance during complex or time-sensitive implementations
