Flex Security Officer

SSMSI is seeking reliable, professional, and flexible Flex Security Officers. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working at a variety of sites. As a Flex Security Officer (Floater/Rover), you will be responsible for protecting client property and personnel through observation, patrols, incident reporting, and exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Location: Lima, OH

Job Type: Full-Time / Flex

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Schedule: Flexible – Must be available to work any day, night, weekend, or holiday as needed.

Preferred: 1–3 years of security experience, preferably in mobile patrol, rover, or flex security. Previous experience in law enforcement, military service, or customer service. Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills. Experience in security operations, scheduling, or related fields is a plus.
