Duties

You will supervise the work of a multi-disciplinary scientific/technical staff engaged in project management, innovative demonstration, test and evaluation activities in military operational environments or exercises, and cyber security support.

You will be responsible for ensuring that quality work products, with appropriate levels of technical rigor are developed by branch employees and are delivered to the customer on schedule and within budget.

You will participate in employee selection, career development, succession planning, disciplinary actions, evaluating performance, portfolio management, workload leveling, and business development.

You will provide technical guidance and collaborative work opportunities for other DoD agencies, inter-agency partners and industry partners with mutual areas of interest and expertise.
