Position OverviewThe Metropolitan Council is currently accepting applications for the position of Training Administrator.ResponsibilitiesProvides high-level administrative, logistical, and technical support for the Workforce and Equity Department's technical training programs.Coordinates training schedules across multiple locations, manages course registrations and learner records, and maintains accurate data within the Learning Management System (LMS).Prepares training materials and classrooms, supports instructors, tracks attendance and training completions, generates reports, and ensures required documentation is complete.Coordinates with external training vendors, processes training-related invoices and purchase requests, and manages classroom equipment and supplies.Supports employee onboarding, coordinates facility reservations, submits work requests, and maintains standard operating procedures.QualificationsSuccess in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
