Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and manage Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) solutions across enterprise infrastructure environmentsMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues related to DNS, DHCP, and IP address management, ensuring high availability and performanceCollaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to support network changes, migrations, and capacity planning initiativesMaintain accurate IP address inventory and documentation within the Infoblox IPAM platformDevelop and enforce DDI policies, standards, and best practices across managed services clientsSupport incident, change, and problem management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworksBasic QualificationsA minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience with Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) administration and troubleshootingA minimum of 5 years of overall network engineering experience in enterprise or managed services environmentsA minimum of 3 years of experience with TCP/IP networking, subnetting, VLANs, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)A minimum of 3 years of experience with network infrastructure platforms (Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent)High School Diploma or GEDPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with ITIL‑based service management processes (incident, change, problem)Infoblox Certified Associate (ICA) or Infoblox Certified Professional (ICP) certificationExperience integrating Infoblox with cloud platforms (AWS Route 53, Azure DNS) or automation tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform)Cisco CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certificationExperience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment supporting multiple clientsFamiliarity with network security practices including DNS security (DNSSEC, DNS firewall)Compensation & BenefitsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
