Description The Senior Superintendent will report to senior field and operations leadership and will be responsible for the successful execution of large-scale multifamily construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong scheduling capabilities and a track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. Lead all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects valued at $80M+. Manage projects from groundbreaking through turnover and closeout. Develop, maintain, and drive master project schedules and look-ahead schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field personnel. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Proactively identify and resolve construction, scheduling, and operational challenges. Maintain strong communication with project teams, ownership groups, and internal stakeholders. Profile For the Senior Superintendent role we are seeking: Proven experience as the Lead Superintendent on large multifamily construction projects. Demonstrated success delivering projects from start to finish. Experience managing projects valued at approximately $80M or greater. Strong scheduling expertise with ownership of project schedules. Experience with Primavera P6 preferred; exposure to modern scheduling platforms highly beneficial. Proficiency with master scheduling and look-ahead planning. Stable career history with long-term tenure at previous employers. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to relocate to or work within the Denver metro market if required. Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks. Job Offer Base salary: $120,000 - $160,000, with flexibility for exceptional Senior Superintendent candidates. Company vehicle provided. Employee-owned organization offering long-term career growth.
