Client Details Our client is a reputable General Contractor with over 30 years of expertise in Luxury Custom Home Projects in Broward and Palm Beach County. Description Field Operations & Site Management Assist in managing daily on‑site construction activities for high-end custom homes. Ensure the job site is clean, safe, organized, and compliant with all OSHA and local regulations. Monitor subcontractor performance and verify work aligns with plans, specifications, and luxury‑level quality standards. Support the Superintendent in coordinating subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and trade sequencing. Quality Control Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify punch items, deficiencies, or schedule risks. Verify installation methods and materials meet project specifications and premium craftsmanship expectations. Maintain logs and documentation for inspections, mockups, testing, and quality benchmarks. Scheduling & Coordination Assist in maintaining and updating the project schedule, short‑interval schedules, and look‑ahead plans. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and proper handling of high-end materials and custom fabrications. Support the Superintendent in conducting subcontractor meetings and safety briefings. Communication & Documentation Maintain accurate daily reports, site photos, and progress documentation. Communicate effectively with internal teams, architects, designers, and homeowners' representatives. Track site issues, RFIs, and field changes and ensure they are documented and escalated appropriately. Profile 2-5 years of experience in residential construction; luxury custom home or high-end residential renovation experience (REQUIRED) Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and trade sequencing. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, structural plans, and specifications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, PlanGrid). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
