Client Details Our client is an established and rapidly expanding general contractor specializing in multifamily and affordable housing construction. Known for their collaborative culture and strong leadership, they are investing heavily in talent to support a growing backlog of projects. Description The Superintendent reports to senior operations leadership and is responsible for all on-site construction activity. Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor performance Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance standards Coordinate inspections and quality control processes Partner with Project Managers to align field and budget objectives Lead subcontractor meetings and site coordination Drive productivity and maintain high workmanship standards Profile For the Superintendent role we are seeking: 5-10 years of construction experience in a Superintendent position Proven experience delivering multifamily or affordable housing projects Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Strong leadership and site management capabilities Stable work history demonstrating long-term commitment Growth mindset with strong problem-solving ability Willingness to relocate if required Job Offer Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 Company vehicle/truck provided Medical, dental, and vision coverage 3% 401(k) match Flexible PTO structure HSA and disability benefits Immediate project ownership and career advancement opportunities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
