Description The LeadSuperintendent's key responsibilities include: Lead the construction team, ensuring efficient project execution within budget. Coordinate schedules and manage subcontractors. Implement modern construction technologies to enhance project efficiency. Maintain a strong focus on quality control and safety compliance. Ensure timely project completion. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among the team. Profile The Lead Superintendent should have: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related fields preferred 8+ years of ground up, multifamily/commercial project experience Competant Procore and other tech skills Experience running large, complex projects Strong background and understanding of project financial, budgets, cash flow projects and OCOs.
