Mixed Commercial - Superintendent

This role is ideal for a field leader with proven ground-up retail experience who thrives in driving schedules, managing subcontractors, and ensuring project excellence from start to finish. You will be responsible for overseeing the full site operations on retail strip centers and shopping centers across Texas. Client Details A well-established commercial general contractor with a strong reputation in Texas is seeking a Superintendent to lead ground-up retail strip mall projects. The firm specializes in retail, office, and commercial developments and is known for its collaborative culture, high-quality builds, and long-term relationships with both clients and trade partners. Description Lead all field operations for ground-up retail construction projects. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality control. Maintain schedules, budgets, and open communication with project managers, owners, and architects. Provide daily direction and leadership to crews and trade partners. Profile 5+ years of Superintendent experience with ground-up retail construction. Proven history delivering strip malls, shopping centers, or comparable commercial retail projects. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to solve problems quickly. Familiarity with scheduling software and field reporting tools.
