Traveling Superintendent

You will be responsible for leading field operations from preconstruction through completion, managing subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring safety standards, and delivering projects that exceed client expectations. Description Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless operations. Monitor adherence to safety regulations and quality standards at all times. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that arise promptly. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Ensure compliance with all local building codes and permits. Support the development of junior staff through on-site training and guidance.
