Company is seeking a Commercial Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects throughout New Jersey, Delaware, and Eastern Pennsylvania. This individual will be responsible for managing field activities, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Client Details Our client is a well-established, full-service general contracting firm that has been serving the Mid-Atlantic construction market since the 1990s. With a skilled leadership team, the company has built a reputation for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects across New Jersey, Delaware, and Eastern Pennsylvania. Description Site Supervision: Manage all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through completion. Schedule Management: Ensure project schedules are maintained and milestones are achieved. Safety Compliance: Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met. Documentation: Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and progress updates. Team Leadership: Identify and proactively resolve field issues to minimize project delays. Quality Control: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations. Profile 2-5+ years of construction experience, preferably within commercial construction. Experience working on ground-up, renovation, fit-out, or tenant improvement projects is highly preferred. Sitework experience is strongly preferred. Demonstrates strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain productive working relationships on-site. Driven, coachable, and eager to build a long-term career with a growing contractor.
