Scheduling & Dispatch Coordinator We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Scheduling & Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing team. If you enjoy problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and being the go-to person who keeps things on track, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.What You'll Do Coordinate and schedule technicians, drivers, or field personnel based on job requirements and priorityMonitor schedules in real time and make adjustments to ensure efficiency and on-time serviceCommunicate updates, route changes, and job details to field staffServe as the main point of contact for customers, providing appointment updates and supportAnswer inbound calls and respond to emails in a professional, timely mannerTrack job progress and completion, ensuring accurate documentation in internal systemsWork closely with operations, service, and sales teams to resolve scheduling conflictsMaintain detailed records of work orders, schedules, and customer interactionsFollow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure satisfactionAssist with administrative tasks and special projects as neededWhat We're Looking For 2+ years of scheduling, dispatch, customer service, logistics, or administrative experience preferredStrong communication skillsboth written and verbalExcellent organization and multitasking abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Experience with dispatch, CRM, or scheduling software is a plusStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsA positive, team-oriented, customer-first mindsetBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
