Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a motivated and mission-driven Sr. TechSIGINT Analyst SME 3 to support critical government initiatives in Annapolis Junction, MD.Sr. TechSIGINT Analyst SME 3Location: Annapolis Junction, MDClearance Required: TS/SCI FSEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary Range: $180,000-$184,900ResponsibilitiesSupport mission-critical programs in secure government environmentsAnalyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality resultsEnsure compliance with contract and security standardsContribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performanceCapture and refine system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development activitiesPerform user and group training and provide services in the development of training materialsParticipate in outreach activities to grow the product user communityProvide services in the development and execution of requirements, test plans, and training to ensure compliance with TechSIGINT applicationsComplete tasks using legacy TechSIGINT applicationsIndependently complete assignments with minimal day-to-day instruction or supervisionCommunicate information and ideas clearly, concisely and professionallyExercise independent judgment in selecting and applying appropriate work methods, procedures, techniques, and practices in accomplishing dutiesTrain new team membersComplete non-routine and complex assignmentsBuild and utilize collaborative networks with key contacts within and outside of the organization to complete tasksExplain technical, procedural, specialized, and legal information to non-expertsQualificationsActive TS/SCI with PolygraphExperience supporting government or DoD programsAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsTen (10) years of relevant experience and an associate's degree, or eight (8) years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree, or six (6) years of relevant experience and a master's degree. Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for an associate's degree for a total of 12 yearsDegree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Science, or a related technical field.
