Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week (4x10 Schedule)

What You'll Do

  • Take customer calls and enter service requests into the system
  • Create and manage tickets for billing issues and CO2 tank service
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for deliveries, refills, and equipment service
  • Coordinate service calls and help ensure timely completion
  • Handle order entry and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with customers, technicians, and internal teams to resolve issues

  • Customer service, call center, dispatch, or logistics experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in multiple computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with order entry, scheduling, or administrative support preferred
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
