Job Purpose: We are looking for a mature dedicated employee to answer calls from a variety of stakeholders and communicate with mobile units for the appropriate response. Our Dispatchers are expected to be calm, clear and in control, especially in emergency situations. They should always know the appropriate responses, no matter the situation in accordance with established policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities :
- Dispatch work orders to Field Technicians, Collectors and Boot Officer in a timely manner
- Co-ordinate activities of Field Technicians, Collectors and Boot Officer to ensure that service issues are resolved according to the contracted commitments
- Monitor Parking Enforcement Officer (PEO) activities, call orders, and breaks
- Document ALL dispatch and field activities
- Manage files, call log, data log and correspondence in a monthly/yearly filing systems
- Assist an administrative team with daily task and special projects
- Complete all required paperwork and reports in a timely and accurately manner
- Present daily reports as assigned, detailing service performance
- Maintain clean and tidy work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIRMENTS
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or its equivalency
- 1 year administrative experience is preferred
- 1 year customer service experience
T echnical Skills:
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (Intermediate Microsoft Work, Excel and Outlook skills)
- Great communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to liaise at multiple levels
- High level of accuracy, speed, and data entry skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to relate well with others and work in a team environment
