About the Role:
Do you love helping people? If so, our Towing Dispatcher position is the perfect fit! As a Dispatcher, you are the critical link between customers in need and our tow drivers. You'll assign drivers to calls, communicate with advocates, and ensure services are delivered promptly and efficiently. You'll also assist drivers with routes, traffic issues, and weather-related concerns to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Dispatch tow trucks for disabled or damaged vehicles.
- Communicate with advocates to collect information and coordinate vehicle pick-ups.
- Answer incoming calls related to dispatch and advocate services.
- Maintain contact with drivers and advocates to provide updates and assistance.
- Confirm and document vehicle information accurately.
- Manage multiple tasks under time constraints and busy call volumes.
- Assist drivers with administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge or experience in the towing/trucking industry.
- Prior dispatch experience preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a busy call center environment.
- Courteous, positive, and professional attitude.
- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Hardworking, proactive, and able to troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable handling high-volume phone lines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass background check.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
