Tina Loren Agency is seeking a Field Benefits Representative to serve firefighter families, fire station personnel, and other local households in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metro Area. This is a client‑facing life and health insurance sales role focused on education, needs assessment, enrollment, relationship development, and long‑term client service. This is a unique opportunity.What You Will DoMeet with individuals and families through in‑person and virtual appointments.Learn about each client's needs, concerns, and existing financial protection.Explain life and supplemental health insurance options in clear, supportive, and compliant language.Help qualified clients complete applications and follow up during the enrollment process.Develop relationships and referrals within the firefighter community and surrounding local market.Build and maintain a personal book of business using agency training, community relationships, referrals, and approved prospecting methods.Maintain timely client follow‑up and accurate pipeline or CRM records.Participate in product training, sales training, field coaching, and ongoing professional development.Provide continued service to existing clients and help them understand their coverage.Work toward future training and leadership responsibilities after demonstrating consistent performance, professionalism, and the ability to mentor others.Training and SupportTina Loren Agency provides structured onboarding, product education, mentorship, field coaching, and ongoing professional development. New representatives learn the agency's needs‑based client process and receive guidance as they begin developing their territory and client relationships. Advancement is based on demonstrated performance and readiness.QualificationsA current Texas Life and Health insurance license is preferred.Candidates who are willing and eligible to obtain the required license are encouraged to apply.Strong communication, listening, and relationship‑building skills.Professional, dependable, self‑motivated, and coachable.Comfortable meeting people in the field and conducting virtual appointments.Comfortable with prospecting, referrals, performance‑based goals, and building a personal client base.Reliable transportation and access to both a mobile device and fast operating laptop (tablets are not an acceptable solution).Prior insurance or sales experience is helpful but not required.Work Arrangement and CompensationThis is a 1099 independent‑contractor opportunity. Compensation is performance based.
