Undersea Warfare Wargame AdjudicatorThe OpportunityAs a defense missions expert, you will use your tactical expertise to support operational‑level naval wargames. You will represent U.S. and adversary undersea warfare and antisubmarine warfare capabilities in realistic scenarios, provide planning and adjudication support, and help translate results for fleet training.What You'll DoProvide planning and adjudication support to operational‑level naval wargames that educate and train fleet staff.Represent current U.S. and adversary undersea and antisubmarine warfare capabilities in wargames based on potential real‑world scenarios.Support wargame adjudication of fleet operations and naval combat, delivering realistic interpretations of results.Share career knowledge of submarine and undersea warfare operations with participants.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a warfare‑qualified submarine officer.In‑depth knowledge of undersea warfare, antisubmarine warfare, and anti‑surface warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures.TS/SCI clearance.Bachelor's degree.Nice to Have2+ years of experience on a Navy staff responsible for theater antisubmarine warfare operations.Experience with naval wargaming at the tactical level.Ability to develop and employ numerical and heuristic modeling of theater antisubmarine warfare operations.Master's degree.ClearanceApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 annualized USD.
