Dispatcher We are hiring a reliable and organized Dispatcher to support our service team. In this role, you'll handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs are completed on time. This is a fast-paced role where strong communication and multitasking skills are key.Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls professionallySchedule and dispatch service calls to techniciansCommunicate job details between customers and field teamsUpdate and manage service orders accuratelyAdjust schedules as needed throughout the dayHandle customer questions and resolve issuesMonitor job progress and follow up as neededMake outbound calls to confirm appointmentsRequirements Previous dispatching or customer service experience preferredStrong phone and communication skillsAble to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills (CRM or scheduling systems a plus)Team-oriented with a customer-first mindsetQualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services is a plusExperience with scheduling software (ServiceTitan preferred) is a plusWork Environment Office-based roleHeavy phone and computer useFast-paced, team-oriented environmentThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kodak, TN.The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
