A high‑school diploma or GED and two years of experience in child and family services required. We will teach you the rest!Day in the Life as a Special Response Team SpecialistAs a Special Response Specialist, you will collaborate with case teams, DCF, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to locate absent youth who are absent from placement. You will review case files, conduct social media searches, and contact family members and friends of the youth. You will engage with community partners and attend multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss strategies for locating and supporting these vulnerable youth. You will complete Human Trafficking assessments when necessary, ensuring that all efforts are trauma‑informed and culturally sensitive.
