You will:Oversee dispatch operations for all delivery routes and ensure on‑time performanceMonitor route progress and proactively resolve issues related to delays, safety incidents, or customer escalationsManage, coach, and support Delivery Associates (DAs) to meet company performance and safety standardsTrack and analyze operational metrics such as on‑road performance, route completion, and station complianceCoordinate with Amazon station management, Driver Support, and Safety teams as neededAssist in scheduling, route planning, and daily logistics coordinationMaintain clear and professional communication across all levels of the organizationEnforce compliance with all company and Amazon policies, including DOT and safety requirementsPrepare shift handoff reports and identify process improvements for greater efficiencyCompany DescriptionBlue Ridge NC Logistics LLC is a fast‑growing Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in Southern Pines, NC.
