Job Description and DutiesUnder the direction of the Crime Analyst Supervisor and the lead Crime Analyst III, the Crime Analyst I performs functions associated with the operations of the Missing and Unidentified Persons Section (MUPS). The analyst conducts complex ad hoc queries of the Missing Persons System and the Unidentified Persons System, analyzes the results, prepares reports and charts, and disseminates findings to local law‑enforcement agencies to support missing and unidentified person investigations and identification.
