Day‑to‑day, this person will lead Systems Verification activities across programs to ensure system and segment‑level V&V plans meet program Statement of Work, CDRLs, and requirements. They'll define verification architecture, verification tools, and support equipment required for system‑level testing, and lead the development of system end‑to‑end test plans and procedures while supporting segment‑level test plan and procedure development. This person will also support development of system and segment verification scenarios to ensure the design is fully verified, and will engage with customers and mission partners on engineering mission architecture and analysis products that shape the verification effort from the mission level down through lower levels of abstraction.Using both traditional and Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches, they'll lead and contribute to the development of core SE work products, CONOPS, System Architecture, Requirements & Interface Control Documents, Mission/System Analysis, and Trade Studies, and contribute to program design and readiness reviews. They'll collaborate across all levels of program and engineering staff on design, integration, and verification matters, and establish strong working relationships with peers to ensure synergy across space, ground, and launch segments. Hands‑on experience with AI&T, including environmental testing, is a major plus, and the role requires flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during SV test events.
