We're transforming intangible ideas into innovative solutions, designing the future—today.Role DescriptionAs a Senior Fire Protection Engineer, you will work alongside a robust staff of experienced and licensed Fire Protection Engineers to develop and use your skills and experience to deliver and complete challenging and engaging building projects across many different markets such as Commercial, Federal, Mission‑Critical, and Advanced Facilities in regions including, but not limited to, the United States, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.The Engineer will direct the activities of design staff to produce drawings and calculations for fire sprinkler systems, special hazards suppression systems, fire pumps, fire alarm and mass notification, and building/life safety codes analysis. Previous design experience is a plus, but we encourage all interested in a career in fire protection engineering to apply.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Safety Technology, or a related fieldAt least 15 years of related experienceUnited States CitizenshipPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with NFPA and ICC codes and standardsWillingness to travel to job sites worldwide (approximately 10‑15% travel)Experience with fire sprinkler, suppression, and fire alarm system layout utilizing hydraulic calculation programs, and knowledge of NFPA Codes, International Building and Fire CodesPE in any U.S. State, having passed the fire protection engineering examinationBenefitsOur health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you and the things you care about.
