Security Officer Credential Verification

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access within the residential location; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related activity as required; Communicate with residents, property staff, and/or visitors regarding community rules, deliveries, and access procedures while supporting a professional residential environment; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting maintenance, security-related, and/or access concerns
