High-Level Concierge

Prosegur is seeking an individual to join our service-oriented High-Level Concierge Team to enhance the security and guest experience. This pivotal role involves stationed presence at the main entrances of our facility, ensuring the safety and security of employees, contractors, and visitors while delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and Access Control: Greet all employees, contractors, and visitors with a professional demeanor, managing entry points to the facility. Verify identification and credentials to ensure authorized access.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide high-level concierge service by assisting individuals with inquiries, directions, and other requests, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Badge Management: Assist with the creation and issuance of employee and visitor badges, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Event Security Coordination: Collaborate with event planners and organizers to provide security support for onsite events, ensuring a secure environment while facilitating a smooth experience for attendees.
- Behavior Detection Training: Participate in behavior detection training to identify and respond to potential security threats proactively, ensuring safety while maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Surveillance Monitoring: Oversee the monitoring of security systems, including CCTV, to detect and respond to any unusual activities or incidents promptly.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of visitor logs, incidents, and any security-related occurrences. Prepare reports as needed for management review.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Adaptability: Demonstrate strong technical capability by independently troubleshooting basic software, hardware, and connectivity issues (e.g., system access, workplace applications, communication tools) to maintain operational efficiency.
- Emergency Preparedness: Act as a first responder in emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as required. Participate in regular training and drills to ensure readiness.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age with education and/ or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the key responsibilities.
- 2-4 years of previous work experience in customer service or related field. Associates degree preferred.
- Demonstrated talent for strong customer orientation, coaching, counseling and facilitating.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with business software and equipment,
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (fluent in a 2nd language will be a plus)
- Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team
- Demonstrated relevant experience to integrating into different cultural environments
Certifications:
- Willingness and ability to acquire certification as an Emergency Medical Responder.
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift. Officers must be able to:
- Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 12 miles per shift)
- Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Maintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrols
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
